Eeyore's take on life!

• They haven't got brains, any of them, only grey fluff that's blown into their heads by mistake and they don't think!
  
  
• They are funny things accidents, you never have them until you have them.

• I can't complain, I have my friends, someone spoke to me only yesterday!

• It's not much of a tail but I'm sorta attached to it

There's always one!

Is it just me or is there always someone that sticks their head in where it isn't needed and steals all the attention!!! I have had one of those days! So don't start with me...... I need some time out in the naughty spot .... to make up for all the bad thoughts I have had today....

It's been a chuppa chups kinda day . . .

Laws has been working on her Science assignment . . . it involved the painting of about 50 polystyrene balls. Our house was looking a little like a lollipop factory!

I'm sure the neighbours think we are crazy! I suppose they wouldn't be far from the mark......
So it has been a chuppa chups kinda day . . one child off to the doctors and then to the x-ray place. No broken bones, just some very sore spots!

As I tell my children often ....

Some very snazzy toys at my place today!

I think my creative side is a liitle rusty!

This is my new knitting loom. I went to Spotlight to get 40 or so little balls and came home with a new hobby! I have never been a great one for knitting.... (can't cast on or cast off) I can just knit. So as you can imagine this has really inhibited what I could create.

After a 10 minute demo and a kit and wool we came home with great ambition to knit amazing things. . . 2 days later we have an assortment of UFOs ( unfinished objects) and three beanies that are on the soft toys! I think I need to keep working on it. I will post a photo when I figure out how to do it. Maybe it's not just my creative gene that is rusty today!

Going to vacuum the carpet and remove all the wool bits from it!

Ok ... so now I have a blog! Well in actual fact I think I may have a couple.... not too sure what happened to the other one I started on Wednesday. It is filed in my"special spot" with all the other things on my current AWOL list!

Please don't expect to see any magnificent craft or mouthwatering meals on my site . . . unless of course they are links to other way more creative blogs than this! This is what the name suggests my random ramblings about . . . whatever has made my laugh/cry/think about.

Fresh from the garden

I would love to tell you all ... that would be KK and myself ( I seem to be following myself) not too sure how that happened, that I was able to go out to my yard this morning and pick some beautiful fresh flowers. I don't have to tell you the complete truth that they were actually growing through the fence from the neighbours garden do I? Anyway they are absolutely gorgeous and look stunning on my side table!

Off to Spotlight soon to buy 42 balls, some wire, paint and a stick so Laws can make a model of the structure of Aluminium! Stand by for the next exciting installment!
